Privacy policy
This policy explains what information cuongphamconsulting.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I collect only what you choose to send me, and I use analytics only if you allow it. I do not sell or share your personal information.

This site is operated by Cuong Pham Consulting ("I", "me"). You can reach me at admin@cuongphamconsulting.com.
What I collect
- What you send through the contact form. Your name, email, and anything else you choose to include: company, website, phone, what you need help with, your message and timeline.
- Analytics, only with your permission. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss potential work.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I do not use your information for advertising, I do not add you to mailing lists, and I do not sell or share your personal information.
Services that process data for me
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure site usage, only after you consent.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and routes email.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics cookies are off until you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long I keep it
Contact form messages are kept in my email for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of California and other places with privacy laws have these rights by law, and I extend them to everyone. Email admin@cuongphamconsulting.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If I update this policy, I will change the effective date above.
